We encourage motivated PhD students in their final stage and PostDocs to apply for a Position in our group. Several projects in our fields of research are available, depending on the candidate’s profile and preferences. These include
- Coherent manipulation of atomic, nuclear and molecular spins on surfaces
- Developing new quantum sensors based on single atoms and molecules
- Setting up and start of operation of a dilution refrigerator STM
Successful candidates are expected to work in a small research team, collaborating with PhD and Master students. There is no mandatory teaching requirement.
While internal funding is available, we offer to assist in their application for an external grant. This includes but is not limited to
